Otto Wulfman

Otto Wulff building is a building in the German art nouveau style  Jugendstil, NEOGOTHIC & ECLECTIC (In Austria known as the Secession period), found on the corner of Avenue Belgrano (Belgrano 601) y Perú  in the neighbourhood of Monseratt.
1912-1914, Architect - Morten F. Rönnow (DEN) - influenced by Jugendstil.
Once the Austrian/Hungarian embassy, the country no longer existed after the first world war - the two towers represent the royal sun and crown of Francisco José and his wife, Isabel of Wittelsbach-Wittelsbach emperor of Austria Hungary. At the main entrance there is a gothic spiders web and the base of this granite building shows Atlasesquean (new word?) human supports representing the trades of construction - blacksmith, carpenter, masonry, surveyor, sculptor, and decorated atop with gigantic condors The original Atlas, whom by common misconception is thought to carry the world on his shoulders - orginally was depicted instead carrying all of the celestial bodies on his shoulders.
This is one of only two buildings by the Danish architect Morten F. Rönnow —from the school of style Jugendstil— (the other was the Dinamarquesa church on Carlos Calvo street in San Telmo)
Most recently, the building's existence was under threat because of the deteriorated foundations which needed reparation and the lack of funds to undertake the refurbishment. Luckily Starbucks corporate came to the rescue and saved the building from having to be demolished!
95% probably true or part of the 5%?
